The content of this text is very good, however, I would strongly advise not purchasing the Kindle edition. I did so assuming I would be able to highlight and make notations. The Kindle version is a simple PDF that does not allow for this functionality. It is a static document. The text is also very small and you have to pinch-zoom in and out to read some of the text. Some of the text is also overlapping and difficult to read, especially the chapter headings. In addition, some of the appendices in the back are landscape oriented, which is to be expected for the type of information they intend to convey, but you'll have to enable rotation lock if viewing on an iPad in order to view them, which is frustrating. Do not buy the Kindle version. Go paperback, even if it's a bit more.
