I was introduced to this book during an education course and again at a differentiation seminar last summer. I bought it to share with fellow teachers and with students to emphasize the fact that students have different needs. I have already used it with my 4th grade class to help explain why individuals may be doing different activities and learning things in different ways from time to time. It helped them to understand differentiation on their own level. As teachers, it helps to remind us that each of our students are individuals with unique talents and needs.
