Had laundromat chairs from the 70s and needed to update. These chairs have gotten a lot of positive comments and look great. Actually am told by everyone That they made a huge improvementThey are comfortable though rather low. Another 2 inches higher would have been nice.Assembly was easy if your handy but the construction isn’t like a Swiss watch. Directions were written by a person with poor English , most likely in China with no English oversight. The large screws actually go where the small screws go and the reverse for the small screws. We did use lock tight as well. Took an hour per setChairs seem study. Not to be insensitive but I have many larger customers and no issues. They also meet insurance standards of 300+ pounds a chairShipping took a week form CA to PAThe price for this chair set in very good. It replaced some 1986 fiberglass seating that was completely worn out. (same color by the way). It was a bit more difficult to assemble than I expected. Don't tighten anything until you have all the bolts started. After reading another review, I decided to use lock washers and thread locker to keep the bolts from backing out. Thread locker is available from any auto part store for less than $10 per tube. I placed the chairs in service today and I'll observe how the customers handle the seats. If all works well, I will order two more sets.These chairs are sturdy and easy to assemble if you know how to put a screw in. I did have a defective part.
